All is well on board. A few problems establishing radio contact with Morgan. Making good progress. Perie Banou is performing well. Best it has ever been prepared for any voyage. If this continues my ETA in Mauritius is 29th November. I am approximately 520 nautical miles north west of Fremantle.

I seriously like the Bimini. It certainly makes me feel much more secure moving around the boat. It’s the best shelter I have ever had.

Looking forward to Port Louis in Mauritius. I might try to move to Grand Bay about 10 nautical miles north of Port Louis where I can anchor or pick up a mooring. It’s mostly sand protected by coral reefs. In a couple of hours time I will have to switch my micro SD card in the chart plotter from the Australia and New Zealand charts to the charts for Brazil and Africa.

Jon’s daily progress can be followed through a live tracker installed on board and accessed at url: https://track.noplasticwaste.org/ or through the link underneath the map on Jon’s page (https://noplasticwaste.org/jon-sanders/).
